The father-of-five stood outside on a sunny day with lush green trees visible in the background.

He was dressed in a crewneck white t-shirt that bared his tattoos on both of his toned arms.

Brian looked down on his youngest child adoringly as the months-old little one’s mouth adorably hung agape.

Zane was clad in a long-sleeved blue top with green and white striped bottoms and his head full of hair was tilted to the side.

The TV star’s textured hair was salt and pepper, as was his full and carefully trimmed beard.

In addition to Zane, the media personality shares sons Noah, nine, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, five, with ex-wife Megan Fox as well as son Kassius, 20, with Vanessa Marcil.

Speaking to Us Weekly she revealed: ‘It’s not that I wouldn’t love to have more kids. It’s [that] I want to be able to spend amazing quality time with Zane.

Sharna went on to explain that she loved being pregnant and ‘hopes’ to have a daughter one day with the former 90210 star but admitted that she will have to ‘settle’ into being a mother before considering it.

The professional dancer pulled her hair into a high bun as she slightly pulled down a pair of grey underwear.

‘I didn’t expect a C section,’ she began the caption. ‘I didn’t necessarily have a birth plan but even my relaxed go with the flow approach got tested when we were told this was the safest option.’

‘Our little Zane was trying so hard to get out but after 30+ hrs of labor and my water breaking TWICE, i just wasn’t dilating enough,’ she expounded.
