Billy Crudup and Gugu Mbatha-Raw are set to join the cast of Apple’s highly anticipated new morning show drama series!
The two actors will be co-starring opposite Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Steve Carell in the show that gives “an inside look at the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, exploring the unique challenges faced by the women (and men) who carry out this daily televised ritual,” Deadline reports. The show has already received a two-season, 20-episode order.
Billy will be playing the role of Cory Ellison – the forward-thinking president of the news division at the network while Gugu will be playing Hannah Shoenfeld who is described as the charming head booker of talent.
No set release date has been revealed.
