Bill Cosby tells doctor he was never a fan of porn

NORRISTOWN, Pa. – Bill Cosby told a doctor that he never enjoyed pornography — while dodging questions about whether there could be other victims out there who were sexually assaulted by him, according to testimony at his sentencing hearing Tuesday.

Dr. Timothy Foley conducted a three-hour interview to assess Cosby’s risk level at the behest of the disgraced comedian’s lawyers.

As part of his questioning, Foley asked if Cosby ever engaged in certain “paraphilias,” such as bestiality, voyeurism and fetishes.

He said no, the psychologist of 30 years testified as the second day of Cosby’s sentencing hearing got underway.

“He told me that he had no affinity for pornography in his life,” Foley testified in Montgomery County court. “He told me he had never abused drugs or alcohol. I left it at that.”

The examination was done to counter the state’s determination that Cosby is a “sexually violent predator” — the most serious designation that comes with a lifetime of requirements.

Foley also asked a “standard question” about the possibility of other victims — outside of the some 60 women who’ve publicly accused him of sexual assault.

“Are there any unreported victims of sexual misconduct that you’d want to report to me?” Foley said he asked Cosby.

“He decided on the advice of his attorney not to discuss that.”

Foley said he concluded there was an “extraordinarily low” chance that Cosby would re-offend.

“He’s 81-years-old, he’s been convicted of a sex offense,” said the doc, adding that the likelihood of sexual offenses “declines with age. After the age of 70, it becomes virtually negligible. He has no known recent offenses.”

Cosby faces zero to 10 years when he’s sentenced later Tuesday for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004.

Montgomery County Judge Steve O’Neill will determine whether Cosby will be sentenced as a “sexually violent predator.”
