Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s Former Marital Home Privately Sold to Adam Levine

AceShowbizAdam Levine has scored himself another real estate investment. The Maroon 5 frontman, along with wife Behati Prinsloo, was uncovered to have secretly bought Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner‘s former marital home that is located in Pacific Palisades for a whooping $32 million.

The 39-year-old rocker has come into possession of the 16,000 square feet mansion at the end of 2018, per report by TMZ. The transaction was done quietly by a representative from both parties. A source from real estate additionally told PEOPLE that the actual selling price was $31,950,000, and that the written agreement was finalized on December 21.

The sprawling three-acre compound was originally bought by Affleck and Garner from producer Brian Grazer in 2009. The former couple forked $17.55 million to obtain the property that consists of three buildings. Its ranch-style main house boasts eight bathrooms and five bedrooms; a secondary building features an office, art studio, gym and two bathrooms; while an subterranean guesthouse contains two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Levine and Prinsloo have been dipping their feet into the real estate game in the last couple of years. Back in 2012, the coach on “The Voice” and his wife bought an estate in a gated enclave above Benedict Canyon in Beverly Hills Post Office area for $4.83 million. They sold it in June 2016 for a final price of $15.9 million. In 2015, they bought a Hollywood Regency villa in the Holmby Hills area, before selling it in 2018 for $18 million.

As for Affleck and Garner, the former couple first announced their separation after 10 years of marriage in June 2015. Since then, the couple had been locked in a battle over their properties that had hindered the progress of their divorce settlement. Despite their divorce, the two have remained close as they committed to co-parent their three children, 12-year-old Violet, 9-year-old Seraphina and 6-year-old Samuel.
