The gang: The trailer for Jackass Forever was recently released and it featured nearly the entire cast of characters other than Margera

Margera claims that he did not have the time to run the agreement by a lawyer and that it subjected him to regular drug and alcohol tests in addition to being ‘forced’ to take a cocktail of prescription drugs.

The stunt performer said the prescriptions had left him depressed with a lack of energy and even restricted his ability to travel, work, and generally live his life.

Margera had been kicked off the fourth installment of the Jackass film series by failing to abide by the conditions of the agreement, however, according to the legal documents the performer had tested positive for Adderall which he claims to have been prescribed to take for a decade.

In addition the lawsuit alleges that Margera’s treatment by Paramount and the Jackass team was ‘inhumane’ and ‘discriminatory.’

Margera also likened the situation to Britney Spears’ ongoing case as the 39-year-old pop star is fighting to have her father Jamie Spears axed from her conservatorship.

The lawsuit comes nearly two months after Margera was ordered to keep his distance from Jackass director Tremaine after the filmmaker was granted a restraining order.

Margera will have to stay at least 100 yards from Tremaine, 54, for the next three years, TMZ reported.

The move signals more bad news for Margera, who was kicked off the upcoming Jackass 4 amid his ongoing addiction struggles and mental health issues.

The order was granted by a judge after the Jackass helmer claimed Margera had sent death threats aimed at both himself and his family.

The order also means that Margera can’t make any kind of contact with Tremaine, his wife or their two children.

The restraining order means that it’s nearly impossible for Bam to appear in any Jackass sequel or related project, as Tremaine has directed or produced most films and shows in the franchise.

The filmmaker dated Margera’s most unhinged threats to February, when he failed to appear at a virtual meeting to discuss his difficulties staying sober for the upcoming film.

Scary: Tremaine, 54, shared threatening messages that Margera sent him with the court, including messages seemingly threatening him and Johnny Knoxville with death; seen in 2017

Following that aborted meeting, he claimed Margera told him and series star Johnny Knoxville that they should ‘pencil in [their] death certificate[s].’

Tremaine also told the court that the former Jackass star sent him a bizarre handwritten contract and wrote in a follow-up text message, ‘Look at your children and grab your pocket book and write a check, if you are greedy, and cheap, look at your children again.

‘If you don’t sign the paper, look at [your] children. Sign your stupid f***ing contract before [you’re] not safe anywhere.’

In another text message, Margera apparently told Tremaine he would ‘kill [him] in one mother f***ing punch.’

Getting personal: The director also claimed Margera sent him a hand-written contract to get him back in the film and suggested something bad would happen to his children if he didn’t sign it

Jackass 4 insiders told TMZ in February that Margera was let go from the movie after failing to live up to conditions set by producers about his sobriety.

In order to be featured in the film, he would need to take routine drug tests and blow into a breathalyzer to prove that he hadn’t been drinking or using other substances.

He was also required to continue taking any mental health medications prescribed his doctors, and he was to have routine visits with a psychologist set up through the production.

Jackass insiders haven’t said what part of Margera’s sober-living conditions he failed to live up to, but he suggested to TMZ in April that his ongoing Adderall use was the problem.

In a rant to the outlet, he complained that a rehab stint set in motion by Knoxville and Jackass producers was like ‘torture’ and left him with a list of new prescriptions from the rehab center.

He said he feared that the new pills could increase his chances of accidentally overdosing or dying by suicide.
