Ashley Graham snacks on carrots as she pumps milk for her baby while in self isolation

Ashley Graham has shared another intimate glimpse of her new life as a mother.

The 32-year-old supermodel, who gave birth to son Isaac seven weeks ago, posted a picture pumping breast milk and munching on a pack of carrots on Saturday.

In the laid-back snapshot on her Instagram Story for her 10.7 million followers, she slicked back her brown tresses and went makeup-free, while collecting milk for her baby via a breast pump.

Her choice of snack is not surprising, as carrots are sometimes credited by breastfeeding moms with helping to increase milk supply.

The body activist is posting from her family’s home in Nebraska, as she remains with her parents, husband and son, who is a sturdy 12 pounds, during a self-quarantine.

‘#IStayHomeFor my son, my family, my neighbors and YOU,’ she captioned a picture of herself on Friday. ‘We’re all being called on in different ways during this difficult time, and I also stay home for those who can’t.’

She added: ‘I am feeling immense gratitude and appreciation for all of you and believe that we all need to do what we can to #flattenthecurve.’

‘Please during this time let’s treat each other with kindness; leave diapers and toilet paper on the shelves for others, help an elderly neighbor get groceries, support small businesses, call a friend who might be struggling right now,’ she advised others on her Instagram account.

The first-time mom has been regularly posting loved-up pictures with her bundle of joy and sharing some at-home workouts over the past week.

‘While we are all quarantine together, this is all about community: body, mind and soul’ she told fans in an Instagram video on Thursday after a rigorous workout with celebrity trainer Kira Stokes.

This is also not the first time the model has shown off her multitasking skills while pumping.

Last month, she shared a video of herself on Instagram pumping breast milk during an Uber ride that made headlines.

‘First pump in an Uber…ever so slightly awkward,’ she captioned the video, which has over six million views.

For the past week, the Sports Illustrated cover girl encouraged her fans to adhere to the Centers for Disease Control’s guidelines to stay at home during the coronavirus pandemic and stay active.
