Famed photographer Arthur Elgort, who once shot Melania Trump, claimed he didn’t get paid for the session commissioned by Donald Trump.
During a 92Y talk on Thursday with Fern Mallis, the Vogue photographer claimed of Melania, “I don’t think she knew what she was marrying into. She’s not bad, but she married the wrong guy.”
He said of the shoot after the couple was married, “He never paid me … by the way. It was only a few hundred dollars.”
Elgort said he photographed Melania in a pool.
Reports reflect it was at Mar-a-Lago.
Elgort was initially mentioned in Melania’s official White House bio, but has been removed.
