Anna Faris posted and deleted a picture of herself posing backstage in a pair of knickers after body shamers cruelly attacked her weight.
The Hollywood actress was preparing for an appearance on daytime TV show The Talk when she shared a shot of herself with her two million Instagram followers.
In the picture, the 41-year-old star is dressed in a black top, nude undies and black boots.
"Having pre-show jitters – so glad Michael Sherman captured it – also I eventually decided to put on pants," Anna joked alongside the picture.
Michael Sherman is her assistant on her popular Unqualified podcast.
According to TMZ, one of her followers wrote under the shot: "You look so unhealthy, eat."
While a second reportedly said: "This is alarming!"
However, not everyone was so negative, with another commenting: "You are beautiful at any size. Health is our concern. If you’re healthy and happy that’s all that matters! Continue to be awesome!"
The publication reports she deleted the picture around 15 minutes later.
A number of behind the scenes videos she took are still visible in her Instagram stories.
Anna split from husband Chris Pratt last August after marrying in 2009.
"Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed. Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward," Chris said at the time.
