The Britain's Got Talent judge, 48, revealed the results of all her hard work in a barely-there swimsuit on Instagram .
Amanda is currently sunning it on a detox retreat in Anatlya, Turkey, and is undertaking a juice cleanse.
The stunning mum-of-two donned a skimpy white swimming cozzie that featured a daring lace-up detail from top to bottom.
Flaunting her long legs, Mandy posed side-on in front of a stunning sea view in the envy-inducing snap.
She clutched a green smoothie in her left hand and drew attention to her physique with her right hand on her thigh.
Amanda captioned the post: "It’s that #detox time again @thelifeco #juice #yoga and best of all in the #sunshine."
The blonde bombshell appears to be getting camera ready for the BGT live shows, which begin on May 20.
But that's not the only work she's got lined-up, as it was recently revealed that Amanda has landed the Heart Breakfast Show presenting job alongside Jamie Theakston.
Amanda will fill the vacancy left by Emma Bunton who is stepping down from her breakfast show role after five years.
Despite her busy schedule, Amanda has recently returned to the BGT and revealed she would never “voluntarily leave” the show, which she joined in 2007.
