All the Best Celebrity Beauty Looks at NYFW's Spring 2018 Shows

Fashion Month has kicked off with a bang, and just like in years past, the beauty inspiration can be just as good in the front row and after parties as it is on the catwalks. The front row is the perfect place to show off your most dramatic lashes and bold new hair color, and celebrities from Cardi B to Camilla Belle know how to make a beauty statement even in the midst of dozens of models. This year, in addition to brights colors atop both lids and heads, celebrities seem to have decided to work with the 100-percent humidity in New York instead of trying to fight against it; we're seeing lots of slicked-back hair and dewy skin. Scroll through for our favorite celebrity beauty-look inspiration, culled from this season's front rows and fashion parties. Adriana Lima may have told Vogue that her Fashion Week beauty secret is a great makeup artist, but that doesn’t mean we can’t try these looks at home.
Cardi B at Tom Ford

If you're going to sit front row at the first fashion show of the season, you better come with a beat. Cardi took Tom Ford up on the challenge with purple-toned ombré eyes and mauve matte ombré lips. Makeup artist Erika La Pearl used skin-care products by Dr. Lancer, Smolder Cosmetics Loose Glam Dust in Moonstone and Pixie Dust (soft pink). And those next level lashes? An under-$13 pair of minks from Tatti Lashes.

Camilla Belle at Noon by Noor

Camilla Belle took a cue from the smoldering NYC heat and went with sunshine yellow for her first fashion show of the season. Makeup artist Matin Maulawizada used foundation and liquid bronzer by Giorgio Armani BEAUTY, a Clinique contour stick, and custom-blended blush. The pop of yellow is thanks to Make Up For Ever Artist Color Eye Shadow in M-402, which he balances out with a soft pink Votre Vu lip gloss and a touch of regular ol' Chapstick.

Adriana Lima at Tom Ford

"For the makeup, we decided to do something sexy, Barbie doll-ish," Lima joked to Vogue. This look, she explained, took two-and-a-half hours and features nude, smoked-out eyes, peachy blush, and brows so perfect she must have plucked right before stepping in front of the camera.

Nicki Minaj at Daily Front Row Awards

What came first: the purple sequin Alexander McQueen gown or Nicki Minaj's purple ombré hair? We may never know, but one thing is for sure — she coordinated this look to the heavens. Makeup artist Etienne Ortega did her right with dewy skin, and shimmering eyes, and major lashes that perfectly set off that all-purple everything.

Ashley Graham at Daily Front Row Awards

Ashley Graham went for a fresh-faced and old-Hollywood combo for the Daily Front Row Awards. Stylist Justine Marjan used Tresemme Micro Mist Hairspray and a GHD soft curl iron to create these soft waves, then finished the look with two gold My Kitsch bobby pins — which, FYI, are only $12 for an entire pack.

Dascha Polanco at the Saks IT List Townhouse

There was no missing Dascha Polanco at the Saks IT List Townhouse launch event thanks to her glossy, towering topknot, made perfectly sleek by stylist Jazmink. Her super-long lashes are the perfect way to top off her golden eye shadow, beautifully contoured by makeup artist Keita Moore with dark brown at the crease and along the lower lash line.

Gemma Chan at Tory Burch

Gemma Chan was spotted in the front row at the Tory Burch show looking undeniably elegant and wearing her hair in a subtle, side-parted bouffant with a low bun and loose tendril. It's a look similar to one of the styles she wore in Crazy Rich Asians, and we don't blame stylist Bryce Scarlett recreating it for Fashion Week. It makes her look like a modern-day princess, especially with that hint of deep pink lipstick.
