Alex Rodriguez and “Pardon My Take” host Dan Katz are launching a new podcast, “The Corp,” on Dec. 6, Page Six has learned.
Guests on season 1 include Kobe Bryant, Barbara Corcoran, 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, Mike Francesa and Barry Sternlicht, among others.
The concept was born out of A-Rod’s appearances on Katz’s hit show — and the running joke that Katz works for the ex-Yankee’s A-Rod Corp.
Barstool CEO Erika Nardini told us, “The chemistry between Alex and Dan was very strong, and fan reaction was overwhelming. As a result, we created a running joke about Dan working for A-Rod Corp. It became a meme, and a fan favorite joke for Barstool Sports fans. I talked to Alex about, ‘Hey, is there something here?’”
The new 7-episode podcast features top guests talking about how they made it — and season 2 is already in the works.
A-Rod is also an analyst for ESPN and Fox.
