Watch Goldie Hawn, 74, Crush This Trampoline Workout Like A True Boss

Most gyms across the country are still closed, but plenty of people are still going hard with the at-home workouts. Apparently Goldie Hawn is one of them, because she just shared an amazing video on Instagram completely owning a trampoline workout.

“My crazy @mindup mindful movement for today. Dance, jump and twirl like nobody’s watching ❤️💃🏼⁣⁣,” Goldie wrote in the caption. “Thanks @dualipa for the best addition to my trampoline playlist!😘🔥⁣#letsgetphysical.”

Goldie is not messing around here, you guys. In the video, she jumps up and down at a super fast rate, while waving her arms and somehow managing to dance in the process.

She looks like she’s having a total blast, but she makes it pretty clear by the end that she’s wiped. “Whew! Okay…” she says, as she finally steps off the ‘line, out of breath.

Goldie beat everyone to the punch in the comments by replying to her post with this: “😂”

Plenty of famous friends cheered her on. “Go Goldie Go! 👍🏼❤️😍” wrote Katie Couric. “YOU ARE THE BOMB IN THE BOMBA!!!♥️♥️,” Melanie Griffith said, while Lisa Rinna chimed in with, “Go Goldie!!!!!!!!!”

Let’s just get this out of the way now—Goldie is 74, and she looks amazing.

Goldie isn’t ~just~ into jumping on trampolines to stay healthy: She also loves to dance, apparently anywhere.

She also squeezes in exercise on the reg. “I try to work out every day a little bit,” she told reporters on the red carpet in 2017, per People.

She eats really well, too. Goldie likes to start her day with a green juice made from celery, kale, parsley, and green peppers. “I drink my green juice every day,” she told People.
