Paulina Porizkova regularly shares bikini pics and nude shots on Instagram, so it’s hardly shocking when you happen to come across one. But she just dropped a bikini photo that shows how amazingly fit she really is.
The post features a shot of the 56-year-old supermodel posing in a black string bikini. Paulina’s got a legit six-pack situation going on, along with incredibly toned legs, arms—everything. “From my recent job in LA, slathered in Laura Geller gold-flecked body oil,” Paulina shared in the caption. “My daughter-in-law Colleen @colleenotcasek came to visit the set, and took this photo by the very glamorous grill—which was not a part of the photo shoot.😁”
Then Paulina, who has zero tolerance for body shaming, decided to tackle would-be critics in advance. “For those of you who are tempted to tell me to eat a burger, I’m tempted to tell you NOT to eat one. But won’t,” she wrote. “Body shaming is so last decade. Let’s celebrate who we are, wrinkles and imperfections and all. #betweenjloandbettywhite #sexyhasnoexpirationdate #laurageller #lauragellerbeauty.”

The comments of Paulina’s post lit up with a ton of fire emojis, and people were here. for. it. “Anyone who tells you to eat a burger is jealous,” one person wrote. “You continue to prove that beauty and grace have no expiration date Thank you for always putting a smile 😊 on my face ❤️,” another chimed in.
While Paulina has been a supermodel for decades, she’s admitted that she didn’t really start working out until she joined Dancing with the Stars in 2007. “I started exercising to help with my panic attacks and to get off antidepressants,” she told Elle. “I found out if I worked out every day my anxiety was kept a lot at bay. And I felt better. So how great is that?”
Paulina’s current exercise of choice? Pilates. “I work out—try for at least three a week—sometimes less, sometimes more. I now mostly do Pilates, with some dancing or biking thrown in for cardio. That’s it,” she said.
Paulina also said she eats well, but tries to find a balance. “I live reasonably clean—don’t much enjoy processed foods, but love a variety and do love my cakes,” she said. “I drink wine and cocktails.” (FWIW: Paulina said in the comments of her most recently post that she follows a “mostly veg” diet now.)
