The 19-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards has revealed her struggles to quit vaping ahead of her breast augmentation surgery after admitting she hasn’t gone a ‘single day’ without nicotine in five years.
Sami Sheen, from Los Angeles, has taken to TikTok to explain to her more than 95,600 followers that she has to be nicotine free for a month before her procedure that’s scheduled for two months’ time.
Smoking can increase the complications rate of breast surgeries by 40 to 60 per cent, according to Minnesota’s Twin Cities Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Joe Gryskiewicz writes that the risks include anesthesia-related issues, and higher chances of lung and incision infections.
Sami Sheen, 19, has revealed her struggles with a nicotine addiction and has begged fans to help her quit. She admitted she had not gone a ‘single day’ without vaping for five years
‘Moreover, smokers tend to cough more often. And when they cough, the pressure in their veins increases. In return, this might cause bleeding after the surgery,’ he added.
In one of her latest videos, Only Fans model Sami said she had been vaping for five years and had tried to break the habit ‘multiple times,’ adding: ‘It’s really f***ing hard.’
Sitting in her car with her blonde hair pulled back and bleached eyebrows, an apprehensive Sami begins the clip: ‘So I’ve never spoken about this on social media for a good reason because I like to keep my life private and people are very judgmental and already think I’m a f***ing loser.’
Ultimately she said she made the decision to speak out about her nicotine addiction because she believed there were ‘a lot of people’ who were going through the same thing as her.
‘Basically I have been vaping for five years now, I’ve been addicted to nicotine for five f***ing years,’ Sami explained, adding she has even ordered a book to try and help her kick her addiction.
‘Have I started reading it? No because I don’t want to f***ing quit. Like realistically I do want to quit because I know I’m going to be so much healthier and live longer because of it, but I just don’t to deal with it, I’ve just been putting it off.’
But Sami said now was the time for her to bite the bullet because of her upcoming breast augmentation surgery.
‘I have absolutely no choice, I have to quit soon. I’m getting a boob job in two months and I have to be nicotine-free for a month before,’ she said with a look a disbelief.

Sami is Charlie and Denise’s eldest daughter. The couple are also parents to Sami’s sister Lola Rose
‘I’m already getting anxiety okay? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf***er,’ she continued, holding up her vape to the camera.
‘I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life because it’s forcing me to quit this, so at least we have that.’
Sami said she was ‘freaking the f*** out’ and was so terrified of quitting that she had even considered postponing her surgery before pleading with viewers to share their best tips for giving up vaping.
‘I’m really scared to try the gum. I don’t want to f***ing throw up, I’m also terrified of throwing up. I have emetophobia okay?’ she said, using the term to describe the fear of vomiting.
‘And I know a lot of people when they quit, they, you know…,’ Sami added, miming the act of throwing up with her hands, continuing: ‘It’s their body’s way of purging the nicotine. I don’t want to do that. It’s also a big reason why I haven’t quit.
‘I’ve already tried the lollipops and the lifesavers and the little fidget toys, none of it has works.’
Sami went on to say she’d even tried to enlist the help of a hypnotist, but ‘they never texted back.’

Again she begged fans to let her know what has worked best for those who quit nicotine with the least amount of withdrawal symptoms.
‘I don’t know how I’m going to live without this thing. It’s really sad, my whole life revolves around it. I’ve depended on it for so long… like my peak growing stages in life have been dependent on nicotine, which is really f***ing bad,’ Sami added.
Before ending the video she concludes: ‘Please help me.’
Sami is the eldest daughter of former Hollywood couple Charlie and Denise. The couple are also parents to Sami’s sister Lola Rose.
Her parents were married in 2004 but split just two years after their union.
While e-cigarettes are less damaging than regular cigarettes, the CDC says it doesn’t mean they aren’t harmless.
‘It can contain harmful and potentially harmful substances, including nicotine, heavy metals like lead, volatile organic compounds, and cancer-causing agents,’ the center explained.

Despite some using it as a way to help them quit smoking, there is ‘insufficient’ evidence to support this idea.
‘A recent CDC study found that many adults are using e-cigarettes in an attempt to quit smoking,’ the center said.
‘However, most adult e-cigarette users do not stop smoking cigarettes and are instead continuing to use both products (known as “dual use”).
‘Dual use is not an effective way to safeguard your health, whether you’re using e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or other tobacco products in addition to regular cigarettes.
‘Because smoking even a few cigarettes a day can be dangerous, quitting smoking completely is very important to protect your health.’
Vapes are the most commonly used tobacco product in young people in the US, with statistics from 2022 showing that 2.55 million middle and high school students had used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days.
In 2019, Sami’s dad Charlie shared exclusively with DailyMailTV that he was launching his own line of cannabis vapes called Sheenius.
At the time, the then newly-sober actor said that the irony of Hollywood’s wild man getting clean, then launching a cannabis line, wasn’t lost on him.
Charlie – who starred in hit movies Wall Street, Platoon and Major League – said he was prompted to start a cannabis line after his business partners told him other growers were cashing in on his famous name.
‘They said, you know, we see your name so ingrained in the marijuana industry. And it’s all bootlegged essentially, I’ve never made a nickel off of it. That didn’t seem fair,’ he said.
