Charlotte Dawson was left in tears as she filmed herself sobbing in the car after getting a call from social services.
She explained to her followers that she's had another call off social services as a person claimed they were scared for her unborn child's health and "terrified" that her son, Noah, isn't in a safe environment.

Charlotte came online and said the calls were getting "beyond a joke" as she stated she needs to find out who is behind the calls.
The reality star, who is 38 weeks pregnant, said she's been going through a "tough and draining time" while dealing with the trolls calling social services.
She said: "I just can't believe this person can get away with making these false accusations and wasting social services' time."
Charlotte explained that she understands it's social services' job to contact her and address the claims, but added that nobody has come out to see her because they "don't believe it".
However, the calls are still unnerving for the reality star, telling her followers: "It's just the thought of having Noah taken off me is absolutely terrifying. That is how I felt on Wednesday."
The mother-of-two explained her son is the "most happiest little man in the world" adding he's got "so much love and happiness around him".
She said she's doing a lot behind the scenes with her family to get the calls to come to an end.
Charlotte confessed she has a feeling as to who it is behind the calls, adding: "I hope it's proven right, because then I would have known all along."
The TV star also thanked her fans for their kind messages after sharing an update days prior.
She added: "No more dramas I hope, just enjoying the last couple of days being pregnant."
Charlotte is just days away from giving birth as she's eagerly awaiting the arrival of her second child.
She welcomed her first son, Noah, in January 2021, and confirmed that she would be adding a second tot to her brood earlier this year.
