THIS tiny London flat is available to rent for £1,150 a month – but potential tenants could be in for a surprise or two.
The property is described as a studio flat and offered furnished, however, the listing suggests a viewing is “highly recommended”.
Despite its eye-watering price, the living space is so small that the fridge and cooker are located just a step or two away from the bed.
The rental price is £330 more than the average rent for the area, according to rental website SpareRoom.
And despite the price, bills aren’t included.
On the other side of the flat is a tiny bathroom area that crams in the toilet, sink, and shower.

Although the property, in Streatham, South London, promises furniture, the advert only shows a double bed, mattress and a wardrobe strangely located directly by the front door.
At £1,146.86 a month, you might be worried about being able to afford your keep, however the landlord’s advert on the OpenRent website suggests that two tenants can cram in.
There’s no garden or parking available, however pets are allowed.
