Former TOWIE favourite James Argent has vowed to swim the English Channel amid losing a whopping 13 stone on his weight loss journey.
The popular TV personality, 34, looked sensational when he posted a shot of himself on his Instagram page on Sunday looking lean and healthy
The star who continues to stun his fans his new look smiled as he rocked a royal blue fitted Burberry shirt which he paired with a pair of tight fitting tan pants.

He finished the smart casual look with a pair of tan shoes and captioned the shot: ‘First gig of 2022 lets go @theargband.’
Arg, who has has gone from a life threatened 27st to 14st has has vowed to swim the English Channel as part of his continued desire to keep to a healthy weight.
The singer attempted the swim once for the Channel 4’s reality show Sink Or Swim, but failed to go the full distance by only completed 16 out of the 21 miles.
The keen swimmer told his 820k followers that the weight loss has given him a massive confidence boost. He said, ‘Since my surgery, I’ve followed the advice and stuck to a healthy diet with smaller portion sizes.’

‘I can honestly say that it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It spurred me on to be serious about my eating habits and exercise.’
‘I’ve also been training in the gym to make me stronger, that Swim across the English Channel on on the cards.’
He added ‘I’ve never felt happier or healthier.’
Speaking on the results of his weight loss the star compared his epic transformation to award winning singer Adele’s own amazing journey.
He wrote: ‘9 months ago I dreamed of having THAT @adele moment & here it is.’
‘After being 27 stone, depressed and having doctors telling me I was on ‘death row’ I made the decision to have gastric sleeve surgery with @wearetransform which reduced the size of my stomach and limited how much I could eat.
