The influencer, 23, and the former pro tennis player, 29, locked lips as they relaxed in the al fresco area at the swanky Mayfair eatery.

A source told MailOnline: ‘It’s no surprise that neither Lottie or Lewis have posted anything on their social media accounts about being in Dubai.’
