Holly Willoughby and Cheryl accused of being Illuminati after sharing ‘eye snap’

Cheryl and This Morning star Holly Willoughby have been accused of being part of the secretive Illuminati after both celebs shared similar 'eye photos'.

Singer Cheryl recently returned to social media after taking a long break from giving updates to fans.

The 37-year-old shared a post promoting multivitamins but her pose has got tongues wagging of conspiracy theorists.

The former X-Factor judge is seen holding two vitamins over her eye in the shot, which some followers believe she is recreating The All-Seeing Eye or The Eye of Providence symbol.

It's commonly associated with the Illuminati, a secretive organisation reportedly made up of powerful individuals who are working to establish a new order.

The Illuminati has been popular in films, books, and with conspiracy theorists over the decades with rumours that some of the most famous faces in history were part of the order.

One person wrote on Cheryl's post: "Here we go another soul seller."

A second penned: "I was only saying the other day that I was convinced she was part of it too and here we are."

Then a third commented: "I can see you have chosen the wrong side too."

And a fourth simply wrote: "Sold her soul."

The Eye of Providence is a symbol that is seen in many places, from the top of dollar bills – and referenced in Nicolas Cage's National Treasure movie – and churches.

It has led theorists in believing it's a symbol of a shadowy sect manipulating the workings of the world by having individuals in powerful jobs across all business sectors in the world.

The mum's post comes just days after This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby was also accused of being a member.

The star posed with a large crystal over her right eye and stared down at the camera.
