Kylie Jenner reveals her home workout routine but is mocked for having a ‘full gym’ in her house

Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner has shared her home workout routine on Instagram, showing off her enviable curves in the process.

The gorgeous 23 year old reality star, who recently showed off her daughter’s impressive show collection, is often found in the gym and has a strict routine, much like the rest of her famous family.

In the videos, we see Kylie using the treadmill, and she tells her 220 million Instagram followers that she runs on it for 30 minutes a day.

She says: “30 mins a day!!! 12 include 3.2 speed and then jog at the end for as long as I can!”

The star also uses a resistance band and works on her famous derrière in the workout, and she took a snap of the bands on the floor, calling them her “worst enemies/ best friends.”

She can also be seen using a star machine, walking both sideways and forwards on the piece of equipment.

Finally Kylie, who looks toned and gorgeous in a black workout top and leggings, uses an ab generator to train her abdominal muscles, strengthen her arms and shape her glutes.

While using her leg bands, the mum-of-one asked fans: “mmm should I film my entire at home workout one day???"

However, fans have since mocked Kylie for her home workout videos after the star called it a ‘home workout’ despite having a full blown gym in her luxury home.

At Kylie’s gorgeous mansion she has a kitted out gym with state-of-the-art equipment in and some fans were irritated that Kylie was showing off a home workout using gym equipment.

“At home workout’ – said the lady who has a full gym equipment lol ok,” wrote one.

Another penned: “imagine just having a whole a** gym in your house…”

Kylie was compared to her sister Kim by fans in the workout videos too, but Kylie’s routine looks a lot different to her sister Kim’s, which was shared by personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara with Life & Style Magazine.

Of Kim’s routine, Melissa said: “We focus a lot on the basics with weight training, squats, bicep curls, tricep dips, lateral pull-downs, chest press.

“We also incorporate high-intensity moves, like ball slams, burpees, sprints and ladder drills.”

Skims’ founder Kim also does a lot of “steady-state cardio, such as waling at a certain pace” too, which is what Kylie appears to be doing in the first clip on the treadmill.
