THE "stay at home" lockdown slogan looks set to be axed next month to allow groups of six or two households to meet up outdoors.
The PM is said to have revealed the blueprint to Parliament on Monday afternoon, ahead of addressing the nation tonight.

His plan will see lockdown eased in four steps – if Covid cases, deaths and hospital admissions are down and the vaccine rollout continues at speed.
But he could slam the brakes on any proposals if a new variant emerges.
When can I meet family and friends outdoors?
An easing of restrictions is expected to enable Brits to be able to meet up with a friend to have a coffee on a park bench and even enjoy a picnic in the first easing of the Covid lockdown on March 8.
Outdoor socialising will be among a host of banned activities that will be allowed from next month.
Under the proposed plans, the “Rule of Six” will return to parks at the end of March — allowing six people from up to six different households to mix outdoors.
If just two households come together they can meet with no cap on their size from March 29.
This means families will be meeting together in parks by Easter.
Families who live far apart will be able to travel across the country to meet outdoors from March 29.
When can I go round to family and friends gardens?
It is thought that the return of the “Rule of Six’ will also come back into effect for gatherings in private backyards from the end of March.
An unlimited number of people from two households can meet in a private garden from March 29.
As well as the rule of six returning for Brits, regional tiers have also been scrapped.
Outdoor sports – such as tennis and golf – will also resume in time for Easter.
Boris said he hopes the rules of six can be scrapped altogether by June and the UK return to a true sense of normality, albeit with social distancing in place, by July.
When will social distancing rules change?
Two-metre social distancing rules are likely to stay firmly in place throughout summer.
They would be a caveat to pubs and restaurants opening indoors in May.
And they were expected to be a strict rule for stadiums, live venues and cinemas when they eventually opened.
Events – particularly those indoors – would have a cap on numbers to help maintain social distancing.
