Kacey Musgraves has listed her cozy Nashville home following her split from husband Ruston Kelly.
The "Rainbow" singer, who previously shared the nearly 100-year-old house with Kelly, is selling the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home for $359,000. According to the Nashville Multiple Listing Service (MLS) she has already received multiple offers on the home.
The 1,300-square-foot cottage includes charming features like a screened-in porch, a white fireplace and wood accents. Built in 1926, the residence has original hardwood floors, a detached shed and a sunroom made from salvaged doors, according to Homes.com.
The all-white kitchen features new appliances, and the recently renovated living and dining room gives off a rustic and spacious feel.
Musgraves listed the cottage comes just a few months after she and Kelly, both 32, announced the end of their relationship on July 3.
The pair told PEOPLE in a statement that they made the "painful decision together."

"With heavy but hopeful hearts we wanted to put our own thoughts into the air about what's happening. These kinds of announcements are always met with scrutiny and speculation and we want to stop that before it even starts," their statement said.
Since then, the two have shared support for each other online.
For Musgraves' birthday in August, Kelly wrote her a sweet message on his Instagram Story.
"Anyone who knows your heart, your kindness, your humor and compassion… are made better people by it," he wrote along with a black-and-white photo of Musgraves.
"I got your back," he added. "Happy birthday @spaceykacey."
Musgraves shared similar sentiments on Kelly's birthday just weeks prior.
"Hope you know how lucky the world is to have you in it, @rustonkelly," she wrote then. "Happy Birthday! I'm in your corner."
