LIAM GALLAGHER has urged Manchester United to "cause a bit of chaos" and bring in Roy Keane as manager.
The former Oasis frontman and proud Manchester City fan has admitted to revelling in the Red Devils' struggles of late – even checking their score before his own team's.
With Old Trafford favourite Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the dugout after his success as a player, Gallagher joked that Rio Ferdinand would be next in before offering crunching captain Keane as the best alternative.
He told Copa90: "You watch United and obviously we've done nowhere near what United did under [Sir Alex] Ferguson.
"But now they're just off their heads, I can't see it happening for them for a long, long time.
"'Go and get Ole, he'll do the business'. They'll have Rio next, won't they? That should be a laugh.
"They should get Roy Keane in just to really f***ing kick the f*** out of everyone and cause a bit of chaos."
Gallagher, who stated the he "can't be a***d" to consider Liverpool any kind of rival to City, then went on to lament United's capture of Harry Maguire.
The 47-year-old solo artist noted: "Buying that f***ing Maguire for about £80million – that's ridiculous, isn't it?"
And with a 13-point gap separating the Manchester sides ahead of their Carabao Cup semi-final first leag at Old Trafford tonight, Gallagher remarked that his priority is always to watch his rivals suffer.
