His post was met with hundreds of supportive comments from his 14.7k followers.
Asan was previously forced to disable the comments on his social media after receiving ‘horrific’ abuse following his brawl with Jamie, 44.

After the Emmerdale actor threw the punch, I’m A Celebrity’s Malique Thompson-Dwyer ran into the room to intervene and bundle Jamie out.
Upsetting: The actor was seen throwing a punch at Jamie during an explosive fight in front of shocked onlookers, before he was sacked two days after footage emerged
According to reports, the pair had to be pulled apart by security twice at the Hilton Park Lane hotel in Mayfair, London, with Asan eventually being escorted off the premises by staff at around 11pm.
Emmerdale announced that Asan had been sacked from the soap two days after footage surfaced of the brawl.
An ITV spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Emmerdale suspended Asan N’Jie yesterday pending further investigation into an incident at a central London hotel on Monday night.
‘ITV executives have met with him this morning and as a consequence Asan’s contract has been terminated with immediate effect.’
The ‘devastated’ actor issued a public apology to Jamie as well as ‘the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards.’

In a further statement given to MailOnline, Asan said: ‘My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
‘I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards.
‘I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this.’
Asan’s brawl with Jamie was reportedly sparked by a financial dispute with one of his co-stars.

A source told The Sun that Asan allegedly goaded Jamie into lashing out, as the Hollyoaks star was awaiting commission for working with the star in the early days of his career.
According to the source Jamie was managing Asan’s co-star – who is yet to be named – at his First Take Acting school, and helped him land one of his first roles in Emmerdale.
The actor in question had decided to leave Jamie’s agency, but is yet to pay the full commission. They said: ‘Jamie had guided this young lad’s career and was responsible for him landing a gig in Emmerdale.
‘He is entitled to this money but it’s currently the subject of a private and personal dispute.’

Explaining how the brawl started, the source added: ‘Asan went up to Jamie and started goading him, saying things like, ”Alright, Jamie big b*****ks”.’
A representative for Hollyoaks has confirmed to MailOnline that the incident will not affect Jamie’s return to the soap as Warren Fox in early 2020, after he briefly reprised the role earlier this year.
Asan’s exit storyline will unfold in the coming weeks, and will reportedly see his character leave the village to join his mum Jessie in Dubai.
A source recently told The Sun: ‘Ellis’ mum Jessie is leaving the show later this year, and it’s likely that Ellis will go along with her.
Apology: The ‘devastated’ actor issued a public apology to Jamie as well as ‘the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards’
‘It’s likely he’ll be written out by another character announcing that he’s joined Jessie in Dubai.
‘He hasn’t filmed exit scenes so they’ll either have to cut him out altogether or re-film scenes without him. It’s proved a nightmare for the show’s writers.’
Asan’s on-screen mum Jessie’s departure has already been confirmed by soap bosses, after actress Sandra Marvin announced she had quit the show.
A representative for Emmerdale declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.
