ARSENAL boss Unai Emery will try to stretch his shoestring budget enough to sign four new players, according to reports.
The Gunners chief has just £45million to bankroll a summer rebuild – and has to replace Juventus ace Aaron Ramsey.
BBC Sport transfer guru David Ornstein insists a centre-back, left-back, box-to-box midfielder and winger are the targets.
Emery is already closing in on some names, with talks ongoing over Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney.
Arsenal are yet to meet the Hoops valuation but Ornstein thinks a deal is close.
He said: "Left-back, they are continuing talks for Kieran Tierney. There is optimism around the deal that it will be done.
"They’re ready to go with medicals etc if they can strike a deal around the fee, but that hasn’t happened yet and Celtic will look to drive a hard bargain of course.
"They’ll look to create a market around him, drive the price up towards £25-30m, but some feel Arsenal can do it for under £20m."
Saint-Etienne centre-back William Saliba is another target with discussion taking place over a switch, with Shkodran Mustafi potentially heading out to raise some cash.
