‘Marilyn Monroe is alive’ Author claims he met movie icon 22 years after death

Actress and model Marilyn Monroe was found dead from a suspected overdose in her Los Angeles home on August 5, 1962.

But conspiracies quickly began to circulate that the movie icon was actually murdered after the first police officer to the scene claimed it was a cover-up.

Today marks what would have been the 93rd birthday of the singer and now a truly bizarre conspiracy has re-emerged.

John Baker author of Marilyn Monroe Alive in 1984? claims he met the singer some 22 years after her death.

A clip of the explosive claims was posted to YouTube with the caption: “Marilyn Monroe, ‘ALIVE,’ in 1984? She didn’t die in 1962.”

In the video, John says: “Marilyn Monroe did not die in August of 1962. Her death was staged.

“Her psychiatrist Dr Greenson had her committed to a mental institution in New Brunswick Canada because of all the threats on her life and the complete mental breakdown she was suffering from all of this turmoil.

“Marilyn was kept in the institution for about 20 years then released into the general public alone.

“Nobody, including the staff to the institution knew who she really was.”

Following the encounter, John researched the singer and began to believe that the hitchhiker was indeed who she claimed to have been.

He later added: “I will always be open to new information that comes to light.

“That being said, I believe 99% that she really was who she claimed to be.”

It comes after a documentary claimed that the singer’s death was a cover-up after coroner’s tests were destroyed.
