Vicki Gunvalson suing ex Brooks Ayers for $266K in unpaid loans

Vicki Gunvalson is done with Brooks Ayers romantically, but she’s still going after him financially.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend over unpaid loans on March 29, per court documents obtained by Page Six on Friday. A Clark County, NV, clerk confirmed to us that the suit is still being processed in their system.

Although Gunvalson, 57, lives in California and Ayers, 50, lives in Mississippi, the suit was filed in Las Vegas because it pertains to meetings and discussions that happened in Sin City.

Gunvalson alleges in her suit that she began loaning money to Ayers in 2011, and on February 18, 2016, they entered into a written agreement. Per their document, Ayers agreed to pay her back $184,899 and “provide an accounting of all sums paid to him in various income streams.” But she claims that he never repaid the loan.

She also claims she paid for his legal fees for their 2013 Nevada-based lawsuit. She reported that they “entered into a verbal agreement wherein Ayers borrowed $81,652.97 from Gunvalson” to pay for his attorney’s fees, but he never repaid her that sum either.

The Coto Insurance and Financial Services founder is also suing for fraud, claiming that Ayers “intentionally represented to [her] that he would promptly repay the funds borrowed from [her], when in fact, [he] had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans.”

Ayers told Page Six that he had no comment on the matter as he had not been served with the lawsuit yet.

Gunvalson and Ayers dated for five years before calling it quits in 2015 — after he admitted that he faked having cancer. He married Christy Groves Lindeman last year while Gunvalson moved on with Steve Lodge.
