The 30-year-old famously once met Katie in secret behind her then-husband Kieran Hayler's back, spending several hours in her hotel room.
Scotty insisted that nothing happened that night because of Kieran, but said he would have slept with her if she wasn't married.
“If she was single, aye, you never know!” he told The Sun.
The pair have more in common than you might think.
Scotty's company went bankrupt earlier this year owing the taxman more than £140,000 – while Katie is due to face a bankruptcy hearing in court today.
And now that 40-year-old Katie finally is single, he is refusing to rule out a romance.
Speaking in today's Closer, he admitted: "She's been through a lot and I hope she's OK.
"She's just a mate, but I don't rule out a romance with anyone!
"There's no point saying never, because you never know."
It was reported earlier this week that Katie has now dumped both her toyboys Kris Boyson, 29, and Alex Adderson, 25, and is facing her impending bankruptcy hearings as a single woman.
The Sun Online revealed last week how Katie had been keeping in touch with the pair of them.
An insider explained: “Katie told Kris on the weekend that she loved him, but she has to stay with Alex for now because Kris hasn’t got any money, and Alex has.
“Kris has been trying to support Katie but he suspected she was also keeping Alex on the side.”
However, if those two are out of the picture – and Kieran now long gone too – it could be time for a familiar face to enter Pricey's life.
