Ex-Arsenal footballer Jermaine Pennant penned the allegations in an explosive new book that lids the lid on his former teammate's alleged romps.
In an extract from Mental, published by the Mirror, he wrote: "The number of times Ashley Cole and I had threesomes!
"He lived in Canary Wharf and I forget the girl’s name now, but we brought her back and she was just up for it.
"We were high-fiving each other over her back. We had a little tea break and then went at it again. They just don’t care."
The 35-year-old also told how Ashley had locked himself and Cheryl in his flat when his girlfriend returned home unexpectedly.
Cheryl, who was at this point known by her maiden name Tweedy, went on to marry Ashley in 2006 after a year-long engagement.
They were one of the UK's most high-profile couples before their marriage was rocked by a string of infidelity allegations against the former Chelsea defender and the two finally divorced in 2010.
Ashley has since been in a four-year relationship with Italian model Sharon Canu and the couple have two children together.
Jermaine is set to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house next week.
In his book, he also revealed footballers' sick "Monopoly" game where they rated women and paid each other "rent" for sex with them.
Admitting his teammates are "embarrassed about it now", the footballer explained they got "carried away" because of the amount of attention from girls.
Jermaine added that they they had "too much money and too much opportunity with girls".
