EX-PROSTITUTE Helen Wood who had a threesome with Wayne Rooney has made a fresh and full apology to his wife Coleen.
The call girl bedded the married England footballer who was an expectant father at the time, in 2010 ahead of the South Africa World Cup.
But in an interview with the Sunday People, Wood said: “I am sorry to Coleen, she didn’t deserve anything.
“I used to have a really pig-headed attitude towards the situation.
“I used to say ‘If she wants to stick with him that’s her own fault’.
“Now I’m a bit older, I’m like, she’s just a mum who wants to be with her family, leave the girl alone.
“We all know a woman who puts up with a cheat. It’s unfortunate that hers is used as entertainment.”
She was introduced to Rooney after she was paid by another Manchester United player to take part in group sex at a luxury hotel.
Helen subsequently sold her story for £40,000 when her name became public.
Now her memoirs tells how Rooney, 33, invited two hookers to join him on a European pre-season tour after a UK threesome.
In her autobiography Helen Wood, one of the escorts who romped with Rooney ten years ago, also says he was one of three Man Utd stars who acted like Red Devils.
She reveals that escorts would join club stars on “an arranged limo and canal ride” in Manchester which “was like one big orgy”.
Helen also tells how an ex-team-mate of Rooney was a regular client.
And she says the foreign star, who was married with children, liked to kiss and be spanked by his male agent as she romped with the star.
