Spooky ‘Eye of God’ caught on camera as it appears over Inner Mongolia

A spooky cloud formation has left locals staring up at the sky in Inner Mongolia. Described as the "Eye of God" it appears to look menacing, as the oval space was lit up by either the sun or moon in the centre, making it look like an eye was staring over the Earth. It is not clear if the footage was recorded
