Sick trolls send 'Karma' hate mail to parents of huntswoman killed in riding accident after she was filmed whipping saboteur

Trolls called Jane Miller's death "karma" and "justice" in messages annotating a clipping of a newspaper article about her infamous clash with protestors.

The note read: "Yay! Karma rules.

"What a nasty evil b***h. Not guilty? LIAR.

"Justice has been done HAHA!"

The article in the note  shows an image from an incident in which Jane was filmed striking a masked hunt saboteur 17 times with her riding crop in November last year.

The hateful message was sent to the family less than a week after Jane's death in a tragic horse riding accident.

A source close to the family, who wanted to remain anonymous, blamed hunt saboteurs for the appalling gesture.

She told The Sun Online: "They are sick human beings.

"I'm sorry, but they're not animal lovers, they don't care about anybody – they're disgusting.

Jane Miller made headlines when she was filmed whipping a hunt saboteur last year

"People need to know the truth about Jane – she was an honest, loving, caring person and I believe that should be out there.

"She was one of my bestest friends and my rock through so many things – this is just horrendous."

When Jane's friend became aware of the note she immediately reported it to police.

It came at the same time that people posted hateful comments about Jane in a group named "Stop The Cull" on Facebook.

Along with a photo of Jane whipping a hunt saboteur, a group administrator wrote: "She won't be missed by us."

Others then piled in to call her a "low life" and a "deeply unpleasant and entitled individual."

Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
