Hoping for a tidy profit? Junk-filled house strewn with clothes, rubbish, toys and even a bath full of water goes up for sale on Rightmove for £210,000
- Usually sellers want to make their property look as attractive as possible
- But a house is on the market with rooms and garden in a dreadful state
- End-of terrace building is up for £210,000 and looks a mess in pictures
- There is laundry on the floor, a dirty mattress and junk strewn everywhere
A property pictured full of junk as been put up for sale on Rightmove for £210,000, breaking every rule in the book for those looking for a buyer.
Usually those looking to sell their home want to make the rooms glisten and look as enticing as possible but one in Canterbury, Kent, has been put on the market looking completely unkempt.
The property listed on Rightmove is described as a ‘great first time home, downsize or investment but those interested will have to look past the rubbish in the images.

A picture of the lounge shows a Christmas tree toppled over with wires across the floor
The end-of-terrace building is up a ‘quiet cul-de-sac’ and the first sign of mess is in the garden outside.
Junk is piled up on the lawn, a bin has toppled over and an expensive looking children’s toy Mercedes is tilted between the concrete and lawn.
The kitchen is in a similar state, with clothing across the floor and worktops rammed full of toys and documents.
A tub of what appears to be paint is on the floor alongside a screwdriver.
There is a vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaner in the living room but both appear to have gone unused given the condition of the rooms.
Rubbish is scattered on the floor, a mattress without duvet or pillow cases on is also on the ground and there is the sorry sight of a toppled Christmas tree in front of doors leading to the garden.
A children’s bedroom is also in the pictures used to advertise the house featuring a wooden cot, tiny metal bed and slightly larger mattress all in one room.
The bathroom, unlike everywhere else in the property, appears to be clean but bizarrely still has water in the bathtub.
