Homeowners will now be able to sue their neighbours for damages if Japanese knotweed grows onto their land after landmark court ruling Neighbours Stephen Williams & Robin Waistell each awarded £15,000 last year Came after Japanese knotweed spread from Network Rail land to their property Network Rail appealed again
