Formula 1 legend Eddie Jordan is raffling off his plush three-bedroom apartment in trend southwest London for just a tenner a ticket.
The former race boss and his son have teamed up to sell the £750,000 flat using an innovative method of releasing 100,000 tickets and giving would-be homeowners the chance to scoop up their dream starter pad.
Situated in the heart of bustling Tooting Bec, voted last year one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world, the open plan apartment comes with its own private rooftop garden and is minutes from the lively Tooting common.
The house lottery game does come with some rules however. Tickets cost £10 and involves a game of the old newspaper favourite ‘Spot The Ball’ where players have to guess where the ball is from a still of an action photo.

Eddie and his son came up with the idea following a discussion between the pair on the lack of affordable housing in London. Wanting to do something about it they agreed to offer the house using the innovative means.
Though, if all 100,000 tickets are sold they stand to make a cool £1 million, £250,000 above its valuation, the move represents good business for the pair too, The Sun reports.
‘The UK will always be special to me and we loved bring the kids up in London. It’s really sad that people are having to move away from such an awesome city and we hope our new venture will make a dream come true for some fortunate people,’ Eddie says.

‘It’s really great for me to be working on something with my entrepreneurial son and we can’t wait to see who wins it.’
The competition will be open globally to members of the public – with the first of the draws being made just before Christmas.
The flat will come unfurnished and the winner will also be delighted to know stamp duty and lawyers fees will be included in this exceptional prize.
‘It’s up to the winner what they do with the property,’ says Eddie’s son Kyle. ‘We hope they will keep it and live in it but they’re able to sell straight away if they want to. It’s down to them.
‘We wanted to inject some fun into the property market and a tenner a ticket seemed like the best option. Who doesn’t love to play spot the ball anyway!’
