Tudor Simionov, 33, was killed while taking on nine yobs during a ferocious brawl outside the "high end" after party in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Police are now quizzing the son of hate preacher Abu Hamzer over the brawl, with Imran Mostafa Kamel, 26, charged with firearms offences by cops.
The firearms offences are not directly connected to the death of Mr Simionov, 33, or the others injured in the attack, a Met Police spokesman said. He has been remanded in custody.
Today, footage has been revealed showing a fight break out moments before Tudor was stabbed, with detectives examining the video.
A large group of men can be seen fighting on the street before a knife is waved in the air then dropped.
The chaotic fight scenes see several men being wrestled outside the exclusive club.
The witness who took the footage said: "I was next to my friend. I was on my way with two friends and it just happened.
"You can see someone stabbing the black bouncer. You can see a knife in the hand. This was the start."
He went on: "A guy came inside and sneaked in, the door was not fully closed when everything went down. I think it was a moment, they lost focus.
“One guy waiting for the door sneaked in and he was lightning fast. Something happened at that point.
"We saw a glass, or maybe a vase, smashed on the floor and the guy ran away.
"He started to be really impatient. They told him ‘no that won’t be possible’ and then things started."
Tudor was stabbed as clubbers partied alongside scantily clad women in high heels and lingerie.
The party was allegedly run by Edward Davenport – a self-styled Lord and convicted fraudster, infamous for organising sex-and-booze bashes for young aristocrats.
A neighbour of the £12.5million Park Lane townhouse that was the party venue said: “Before the stabbing there were girls dressed in sexy outfits and lingerie coming in and out.
“It looked like a sex- themed event — high heels, corsets and so on.”
Earlier in the night witnesses saw a number of scantily-clad women entering the exclusive property as well as affluent-looking men.
But later screams rang out as violence erupted around the oak front door – at one point mobile phone footage captured the moment expensive vases were used as missiles.
Leroy Rose, 25, also a promoter, tried to save Romanian Tudor, taking him into a bathroom to seek something to staunch the flow of blood.
He said: “His suit was covered in blood and it was coming out of his chest.
“He wasn’t wearing a protective vest. He died in front of me. The other security guards had been getting beaten up and he went to help them.
“He’d only been out there for about 30 seconds when he was stabbed in the chest.”
Leroy added: "He is a hero. He died trying to save his colleagues. He took on nine of them."
Tudor, from Bucharest, had come to Britain just two months earlier in search of a better life – but now he leaves his partner Madalina Anghel completely devastated.
In a post on Facebook, she wrote: “My boyfriend and the man who was going to be my husband, Tudor Simionov, was deeply stabbed in the heart at work.
“The loss is impossible. It is hard for me to find the right words at these times.”
She added that Tudor’s loved ones are now finding a way to repatriate his body back to Romania and thanked friends for their support.
