Three Hong Kong-based feng shui masters have given their damning assessments on the US President’s chances in the crunch vote – based on the year he was born.
While the property tycoon, 72, is not on the ballot himself today – US voters could hand the Democrats power over the Republican-controlled Congress.
And Trump, who was born in 1946, should brace himself for a heavy defeat, according to feng shui experts Lee Shing Chak, Raymond Lo, and Yeo Tin Ming, reports Quartz.
In traditional Chinese culture, a person born under the same zodiac sign as the current year will face 12 months of rotten luck due to a curse for offending the god of age.
The billionaire, who was born into wealth, has an estimated fortune of $3bn and has married three glamorous models, should be shaking in his expensive loafers because he was born in the year of the “fire dog”, claim the masters.
October and early November are said to be the hardest months for those born on dog years.
This is a period which could lead to his impeachment, says Mr Tin Ming.
“This will be a rough period for him” he told Quartz, adding “he might be removed from the office.”
Fire dogs such as Trump are said to be hot tempered as well as loyal and patience, say the Chinese experts.
All three of the fortune tellers agree that Trump could face marital problems, policy issues and even impeachment in the coming months.
Mr Shing Chak believes the US President’s gargantuan ego and fluctuating moods can be attributed to his birthday.
He claims that because Trump was born in June – the fifth month of the lunar calendar – he is heavily impacted by the pull between the sun and the moon.
The feng shui masters claim that anyone born on dog years will most likely face relationship issues in 2018 – which includes Melania who was born in 1970.
Mr Tin Ming says Trump, who he insists has a “vicious” heart, will lose the midterms because of the scandals which have engulfed him such as the Russia probe and his affairs with a porn star and a Playboy model.
Mr Lo says Trump's birthday has too much of the element "earth" which could embolden his Democratic rivals and even turn some Republican allies against him.
