Brit tourists run riot in Magaluf as gangs of men fight on popular party strip

Two groups of young men lashed out at each other in a massive brawl causing mayhem on Magaluf's notorious Punta Ballena strip.

The group ran riot throwing their fists and feet while launching glass, as a shocked tourist filming said: "It's all f***ing kicking off."

At one point a taxi could be seen trying to edge its way through the holidaymakers during a brief respite in the fighting.

Seconds later a shirtless youngster who chased down a rival in an orange vest top found himself on the receiving end of a karate kick to the side of his head from a third man.

The three men ended up on a bar terrace, prompting security to shout at the tourists: "Come on, outside, move, move."

One of the men involved in the fracas can be overheard with an Irish accent saying: "I tried to stop him, f***ing hell" as a Brit pal replies: "I had your back."

Moments later others in shorts and t-shirts appear to sprint off after another group as the violence moves further down the road.

Several women can be seen trying to move out of the way as the brawl escalates.

There were no immediate reports of any arrests or casualties needing hospital treatment.

The early-hours fight followed a separate incident in which doormen from a Punta Ballena nightspot had to wade in to assist a man being kicked in the head and body by a gang of men as he lay helpless on the ground.
