Watch Fifty Shades of Grey's Jamie Dornan pitch himself to join boyband BTS on Graham Norton Show

If you’re a fan of pop music, and K-pop in particular, you’ve probably been obsessively waiting for the world’s biggest boyband BTS to make their debut on The Graham Norton Show this week.

Unfortunately, their biggest UK TV appearance ever was dampened a bit because BTS member Jimin was forced to back out of the show at the very last minute due to “severe muscle pain”. Get well soon, Jimin!

The rest of the boys were still in the party mood when they turned up at the BBC studio, though (some more than others — we’re looking at you, Jungkook!). When Graham mentioned Jimin’s absence, another of his guests saw an opportunity he just couldn’t pass up.

“Can I ask you something — does that mean you’re looking for a new member?” fellow guest Jamie Dornan interrupted.

It’s not as crazy as it sounds. What Jamie lacks in K-pop rhythm, he more than makes up for in kinky sadomasochism from Fifty Shades of Grey and serial killing from The Fall!

Unfortunately for Mr. Grey, BTS weren’t interested and assured worried fans that Jimin will be back in good shape before long. They also managed to clear up some confusion about what BTS actually stands for — watch the video to hear more about that.

The boyband were so impressive in their chatshow appearance that another of the guests, Whoopi Goldberg, literally gave them the shirt off her back. And not even in a creepy way!

The Graham Norton Show airs Fridays on BBC One.
