Vicki Gunvalson calls “Real Housewives of Orange County” co-star Kelly Dodd a gold digger and shit-stirrer on “Watch What Happens Live.”
Vicki Gunvalson went in on her "Real Housewives of Orange County" co-star, Kelly Dodd, on Monday’s "Watch What Happens Live" — calling her both a gold digger and a shit-stirrer.
On Monday’s episode of "RHOC," Tamra Judge told Vicki that Kelly said Vicki’s boyfriend, Steve Lodge, was only with her for her money. When a caller on "WWHL" asked Vicki if she felt Kelly was simply "projecting what she wants from a man" onto Vicki, Vicki went in.
"Exactly. I wrote it in my blog. That’s all she’s looking for," she said. "She would never date a trash collector or a public service man. Kelly divorced a millionaire hoping for a billionaire. She’s looking at the wrong places. It’s just ridiculous. Who cares? I have my money, he’s got his money, we’re happy, go away."
Also on Monday’s episode, newcomer Gina Kirschenheiter criticized Shannon Beador for the way she handled Kelly at Tamra’s party. Gina said she felt Shannon was "stirring the pot" by encouraging Kelly to approach Steve, which ended up causing quite the scene.
"Shannon was not causing a problem there," Vicki said. "Shannon told me that Kelly was fired up in the limo going to the party, and Shannon was just trying to tell her to calm down. [Shannon asked her,] ‘What are you mad about?’ Kelly couldn’t answer."
"It’s absolutely, hands down Kelly," Vicki said in response to which Housewife has been the biggest troublemaker this season. "She is out of control this year. I don’t know what is going on. I want my friend, Kelly, back. She’s not acting right."
Later, in a game of "Up Close or Get Personal," Andy Cohen asked Vicki a series of questions about Steve, giving her the opportunity to defend her love for him.
Q: Do you have love for Steve or are you in love with Steve?
A: Both.
Q: What is is about Steve that makes him the one?
A: Everything. He makes me happy.
Q: Do you want to marry Steve, or do you want to be married?
A: I wanna marry Steve.
Q: Do you wish you were still married to Don?
A: No.
Q: Does your increased desire for a ring have anything to do with Brooks getting married?
A: No! God no. I don’t even wanna know his name! God no.
Q: What did Tamra mean when she said, "She doesn’t love him"?
A: Tamra just tweeted, "I know Vicki does love Steve." I don’t know what she did. The truth of the matter is Tamra and I don’t go out with Eddie and Steve. It’s her and I, so she doesn’t know that.
