Emma Willis kicked off the final round of battles this evening on The Voice Kids as groups of three from each coach took to the stage for their chance to perform in the semi-final.
But as Emma introduced will.i.am, Jessie J, Pixie Lott and Danny Jones on to the show, she admitted there was a huge reason why she wouldn’t want to be a coach.
She began: “Tonight we’re on the hunt for our last six semi-finalists and if the first round was anything to go by there’s going to be some almighty battles. Who would be a coach, ay?”
The presenter then invited Danny and Pixie and then will.i.am and Jessie to take their seats so the first battle could get started.
Once all four coaches had taken their seats, Emma remarked: “Coaches welcome back, and Jessie how did you find last week?”
“That was your first ever kids battle,” she added to which Jessie admitted: “It’s really hard guys.”
Jumping in, Pixie asked: “Is it harder than you thought?” and Jessie agreed.
Revealing why being a coach isn’t for her, Emma revealed: “I mean I’m glad I’m not any of you four, very pleased.”
Later on in the show Emma couldn’t help but comment on the “cuteness” of one of will.i.am’s battles.
Lil Shan Shan, Peyton and Ava & Alfie took to the stage to perform their rendition of Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s See You Again.

Once the trio had finished their performance, Emma remarked: “I can’t quite deal with the cuteness!” before Pixie agreed and said: “I love you guys.”
“You brought so much happiness and this is what The Voice Kids is all about,” she continued.
Danny added: “When you have kids you age doing it with such personality and love, it makes you smile.”
After praising all three of the singers, will.i.am decided to send Lil Shan Shan through to the semi-final.
Meanwhile, Danny has revealed in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk what he really thinks of Jessie J.
Danny, will.i.am, and Pixie were joined by Jessie earlier this year and the McFly singer has admitted he felt “nervous” at Jessie’s arrival.
“Obviously you’re nervous straight away as with anything,” he revealed.
“But she’s brought a new energy to the show and she gets on really well with Pixie, will and me.
Danny went on to explain the coaches have such a good time filming the show because they get on so well.
He added: “How we are on camera, is how we are off camera, there’s a really good energy between us which makes it so much easier because you don’t have to try.”
The Voice Kids continues tonight on ITV at 8pm.
