The Irish star's sibling warned the 23-year-old model that she's "had enough", after Anne shared a sexy selfie to her 133thousand Instagram followers and captioned it "looking at bae".
The Brazilian beauty, who dated Danny, 38, for four years, wore a plunging red top in the snap and stared into the distance.
But the photo sparked fury in Danny's sister Andi O'Donoghue, who spotted Anne's reference to a 'boyfriend' and seethed beneath the post: "Looking at BAE? Are you for real?
"How disrespectful can one person be to publicly say what you have… This is where your age comes in!
"All this sort of stuff does is attract attention for the wrong reasons. How very insecure are you to need to post this sort of c***."

She went on: "I have had enough of it. I was going to DM u but hey… what's good for the goose.
"Don't disrespect my brother ever again like that."
Andi later shared a series of Insta stories on her public Instagram account, and said that Anne has blocked her.
Anne and Danny found love back in 2014, when the Sports Illustrated model beauty played Danny's love interest in the music video for No Good in Goodbye.
However, sources have told The Sun Online that they constantly rowed and broke up several times in secret.
The Insider exclusively revealed: "They met when Anne was 18 and kept it a secret because she was so young. But her age showed, as in she was quite immature when he introduced her to his friends and family.
"She was constantly taking selfies during their gigs and making a bit of a scene. She loved getting attention off The Script fans too and it obviously helped build her Instagram fan base.
"It wasn't the smoothest relationship as they used to row a lot. Then they would break up and get back together again, and do grand gestures like going on lavish holidays to show they were back on."
Despite dating for years, the low-profile couple rarely shared snaps together, and only made their red carpet debut back in December at the London premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi together.

But Danny hoped to settle down with the Sports Illustrated model eventually, and even considered marriage, as the source continued: "She lives in New York and he lives in London, so they never settled together, and it must have put a strain on them.
"They recently went on a make or break holiday to Barbados and were pictured looking all loved up. But she always seemed to use social media to get attention, and she would put Danny in her shots on her Insta stories. His family hated it and I don’t think anyone close to Danny particularly liked her, including his band mates.
"The sad thing is he wanted to get married eventually but his family were never keen on the idea of Anne being his wife."
The Sun Online has contacted a representative for Danny for comment.
