They’ve got a nickname for their group, that’s how close they are these days. Considering how busy they are, it’s hard to imagine “the J Sisters” are able to hang out all that often. But between Turner’s Game of Thrones and Dark Phoenix promotions, Chopra’s YouTube special, and Jonas’ jewelry line and hectic mom life, they managed to get in some sister time.

You learn something new every day. Today, that thing is that the plural of Jonas is Jonai. The event in question that the sisters were hanging out for was a surprise concert in State College, PA (home of Penn State University). The Jo Bros have always had an affinity for the college town, and now that the band is officially back together, they took the opportunity to honor a favorite local bar with an impromptu gig. Those lucky students!

The JoBros announced their reformation in early 2019. Though they’ve obviously maintained their familial connection over the years, they stopped performing as a group way back in 2013, when “creative differences” led to the cancelation of their fifth album. We’ll probably never know exactly what happened, but the time apart did give us “Cake by the Ocean” and Kingdom, so we can’t be too upset.
Their first new single as a band, “Sucker,” is pop goodness, and the music video is a tribute to their significant others. Chopra, Turner, and Jonas wear outlandish outfits and dance around in a massive mansion. It’s fun, sexy, and silly — sort of a tongue-in-cheek reference to how many assume superstars live.

The biggest event in recent JoBros history prior to their reunion was the wedding (er, weddings) of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. While many celebs these days choose to keep their nuptials a secret, these two decided to embrace their A-list status and share with the public photos, videos, and interviews of their elaborate, multi-day, wedding of the century.
Considering its size, it would have been strange not to have the entire Jonas clan along for the ride. Indeed, Turner and Jonas were bridesmaids, and made their way into plenty of family photos. It looks like it was an event that really bonded them.
What’s to come for the Jonas Brothers and Sisters?
If these three are your new BrOTP (SisOTP?), fear not: We have a feeling there will be a lot more get togethers in the future. Again, busy schedules are bound to get in the way, but if this Jonas Brothers return lasts a while, get ready for plenty more Jonas Sisters outings in 2019 and beyond.
