She wowed fans in a flowing dress as she arrived at the event in Leicester Square.
Kara and Marius are believed to have got engaged earlier this year and the EastEnders star proudly showed off a diamond on her ring finger.
Her sister Hannah was also the premiere of new film The Festival and she was joined by her boyfriend, Inbetweeners star Joe Thomas.
Kara, 35, snuggled up to Marius as they posed for pictures together, with Kara cradling her stomach at certain points throughout the photo-call.
The actress, who previously played Dawn Swann in the BBC soap, has never confirmed their engagement.
When asked about the enormous sparkler, she said: “I’m not saying anything – I cringe when I read about my love life.”
According to The Daily Mail, Kara previously revealed that her man is a chiropractor.
She explained: “He’s not an actor, he’s a chiropractor.
“That’s sort of how we met…”
He is believed to have a practise in London’s Notting Hill and recently devised the “Jensen Method”, which offers bespoke exercise regimes and diets.
Kara previously dated Russian professional dancer Artem, 35, for almost four years after meeting on the 2010 series of Strictly Come Dancing, which they went on to win.
However, she confirmed they had split in October 2014, telling The Telegraph: “We are not together. We’re fine, but we aren’t a couple any more.
“The reason I haven’t spoken about it is because I hate reading about myself in that way.”
