SIMON Cowell's "REAL" face without Botox or plastic surgery has been revealed ahead of his 60th birthday.
The 59-year-old star shocked fans when he stepped out looking remarkably different yesterday.
Simon appears to have reversed the ageing process thanks to a healthy new vegan lifestyle – and a few tweaks here and there.
Computer software has now shown how the father-of-one might look if he hadn't received a helping hand from various cosmetic procedures over the years.
In the generated image, Simon looks notably older – with crinkles around his eyes revealing his age.
The music mogul turns 60 on 7 October, and leading cosmetic doctor, Dr. Nyla Raja, told The Sun Online that she believes Simon is no stranger to excessive Botox injections.
She told us: "I suspect Simon’s fallen complexion is a combination of weight loss and also too much Botox.
"Injectables don’t need to be overdone and they don’t really need to change your appearance."
The skin around Simon's neck in the recent photographs is also much tighter than in the snap of what could have been.
In addition, his new veneers make his teeth brighter and whiter than ever – which wouldn't have been possible without cosmetic intervention.
Dr. Raja told us: "Simon’s tightened jawline would have been achieved through a combination of ultrasound and dermal filler to lift, define and reshape his jaw."
Dr Aamer Khan agreed that the star had overdone the Botox, explaining: "Simon Cowell has lost a lot of weight recently and that weight loss is clearly showing in his face, especially in his mid face which appears to have dropped slightly, altering his appearance.
“His forehead is very smooth which indicates that he may have had Botox recently.
"However, his eyelids look very heavy and it is quite possible that the Botox has caused his eyelids to droop."
Self-confessed Botox lover Simon – who gets his staff and colleagues vouchers for the injections for Christmas – previously admitted to having a £2,000 treatment dubbed a 21st century facelift.
The Silhouette Soft Lift procedure involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the face and neck and tugging it to get rid of sagging skin.
He told The Sun at the time: "For me now, it’s all about having clean skin. If you have clean skin, you look better. But you have to be very careful with some of this stuff.
"There's lots of things you can do now. You don't just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox.
"It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the cr*p."
Simon also admitted to having "a little too much Botox" in the past, despite crediting it for his long TV career.
More recently Simon has completely overhauled his diet by becoming vegan and ditching meat – and he lost 20lbs.
He used to binge on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts made by his personal chefs before converting to veganism.
Simon previously revealed that he knew he had to make a drastic lifestyle change after falling down the stairs in the middle of the night in October 2017.
"Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since. You feel better, you look better," he said.
"I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn’t have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar — those were the four main things."
Simon's X Factor co-star Louis Walsh previously revealed that Simon had encouraged him to undergo cosmetic operations following the introduction of HD TV.
Louis, 67, had fat removed from under his eyes, with the Irish star saying at the time: "Simon said it was essential because of high-definition TV. The eye thing was all I've had done.
"There will be no Botox or anything like that."
