RITA ORA’s mum has become a swimwear model – five months after telling her pop star daughter to stop taking her kit off.
Vera, 55, posed in a variety of outfits showing exactly where Rita gets her good looks from.
In October, Vera revealed she needed to have some “mother-daughter talks” with the singer about her raunchy outfits and naked advertising campaigns, telling the singer to “put some clothes on”.
And now mum-of-three Vera has followed suit in a bid to help women feel sexy after cancer treatments by becoming the face of a post-mastectomy swimwear range.
Vera, who underwent a single mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 aged just 39, said: “I’m not in the limelight myself, I’m a working medic, and my day-to-day job doesn’t involve having my hair and makeup done.
“If I can help any woman who is going through breast cancer treatment then I would feel that going through it myself would have a point to it.”
Vera is a London-based GP who specialises in psychiatric health.
The swimwear collection is designed by Melissa Odabash for swimwear brand Amoena in partnership with the Future Dreams charity, of which she is an ambassador.
