Paris Fury was left emotional on today’s episode of Loose Women when she was surprised with a romantic video message from boxer husband Tyson Fury.
During her appearance on the ITV lunchtime show, which she is regularly a guest panelist for, the women praised new mum Paris for juggling the couple’s hectic family life with their respective careers.
Then the show’s anchor Ruth Langsford said they weren’t the only ones who wanted to sing her praises.
She said: “It’s incredible how you juggle six children while Tyson is pursuing his dream with your backing – but he does appreciate it.”
Ruth continued with a smile: “And we know that because he sent us this to play for you.”
Tyson then appeared on the screen in the sweet pre-recorded video message to congratulate her on the success of her new book, Paris Fury: Love & Fury.
He said to his wife: “Tyson Fury, aka the ‘Gypsy King’, but guess what, you already knew that, didn't you, Paris.”
The boxer continued: “Just want to say a massive, massive congratulations to my wife Paris on her new book. It’s doing so fabulous, so well.”
“I’m very, very proud of her. Not only is she a top mother, a top wife and unbelievable partner and soulmate, she’s also going to be a best-selling author.”
He then added: “All the best Paris. I love you so much. God bless you!”
Beaming as the message played, Paris then said, “Oh, that’s lovely. He’s been so supportive of me doing my book.”
The mum-of-six continued: “I’ve actually been surprised because he’s watched the kids and took the turns while I’ve done all my book tour."
“The book’s done incredibly well, it’s sold out mostly everywhere and it went to the bestsellers list. I’ve been overwhelmed with it all. Just to see him saying that is amazing too.”
The couple, who met when they were sixteen years old and married when Paris was 19, have been open about their ups and downs throughout the years.
But when asked how she would describe her relationship now, Paris answered: “I think it’s so much more strengthened.”
“I talked about life when we were kids and first married and how many arguments we had over silly things, like where you leave your shoes. [But] when you get older and you’ve been together such a long time, you realise that all of that is irrelevant.”
She concluded: “Having children and this bond for all these years you do seem to appreciate one another more.”
