The 24-year-old reality star feared the worst when she discovered an unusual lump on her boob when she was self examining herself in the shower.
Diagnosed as a lipoma – a growth of fatty tissue that grows under the skin – Olivia had the tissue removed.
With hunky fiancé Alex Bowen, 26, supporting her, Olivia was surprised when her husband-to-be fainted as she went in to surgery.
“Alex passed out!” Liv recounts to OK! Magazine before explaining more about the tissue that was removed.
“It made me feel sick because I was awake. It looked like a chicken fillet, it was so big,” she said.
“I’ve had it there for three years, I wanted to get rid of it for the wedding,” she added – looking forward to her wedding which is due this month.
Olivia explained how she found the lump in the first place – and admits it was a terrifying ordeal.
“I found it while I was in the shower and I felt the blood drain from my head. I was so scared!” she said.
“I had an ultrasound and the doctor said it was fine. They are sending it for a biopsy just to be sure,” she continued.
Olivia urged other women to check their boobs regularly.
“I always check my boobs and armpits, it’s so important,” she said.
On happier topics, Olivia said she can’t wait to go on her honeymoon with Alex.
“I’m excited to go on our first holiday as a married couple. The Maldives is somewhere I’ve always dreamed of going,” she gushed.
While Alex said the secret to the success of their romance is that they have so much in common.
“We’re so similar and what we’ve got is very rare, so it’s easy to spend all our time together,” he said.
“I feel sorry for people who haven’t got what we have,” he added.
