Netflix's creepy new horror series Chambers drops TOMORROW – but what is it about and who's in the cast with Uma Thurman?

NETFLIX fans called the trailer for Chambers 'chilling' and said that it was "giving them anxiety".

But what is the new series about? And when is it available to watch? Here's the lowdown.

When can you stream Chambers?

Chambers will drop on Netflix TOMORROW (April 26, 2019).

The Netflix Original is being released across the globe simultaneously – it will be dropped at midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST) in California, which means we can watch it in the UK from around 8am.

The series will consist of 10 episodes that will be released in one go to binge.

What is Chambers about?

The horror series is about a woman who survives a heart transplant and begins to develop different personality traits.

The show stars Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn as the parents of a deceased girl whose heart has been donated to Sasha (Sivan Alyra Rose), a young heart attack victim.

Sasha and her family go to meet the grieving couple and promise to honour their late daughter's memory.

In the trailer Sasha to a friend says to her friend: "It's just so weird that someone had to die for me to live."

There are parallels between the two young women, one whose death saved the life of the other.

But Sasha's initial feelings of gratitude are replaced by fear as she begins to notice some troubling signs.

She has frightening visions and starts to become obsessed with the circumstances that lead to her organ donor's death.

What have the reviews been like for Chambers?

The critics reviews are already out in America and Australia and the series has received a mixed opinion.

Los Angeles Times said: "Netflix’s haunted horror show Chambers may be Uma Thurman’s Stranger Things."

But Variety was NOT keen: "Chambers doesn’t have much going for it — it’s a grody, nasty piece of work, a story that would at least be endurable if it were the under-ninety-minute movie it seems to want to be."

However The Sydney Morning Herald wrote: "When organ donation goes wrong: creepy new show Chambers worth a watch."
