The Geordie Shore star, 26, says she was desperate to confirm that she can have babies following several years of heavy drinking while filming the reality show.
And Marnie also booked a checkup for boyfriend Casey Johnson, 23, to make sure he's not firing blanks.
She told the Daily Star Sunday: "We are thinking about starting a family soon and wanted to make sure we are both able to have kids.
“I’m just a bit worried all those years getting mortal on Geordie Shore may have done some damage.”
Marnie says Casey was given a pile of vintage pornography so he could provide his semen sample.
She revealed: “He had to give a sample and was in and out within seconds.
“It just must have been the vintage 80s porn.”
Earlier this year, Marnie said she was convinced Casey’s “the one” and has got plans to settle down with him permanently.
She told OK! Magazine: "Maybe next year. He'd like one now but I'm going to wait.
"I think 27 would be a good age. I've always wanted a little boy – I think it's because my family are all girls."
The couple met while filming MTV show Single AF last year and broke up in June before later reviving their on/off romance.
She even moved from her native Newcastle to Bedfordshire to set up home with her man.
Marnie also denied recent claims she and Casey had split: “I don’t know where that came from. We couldn't be happier."
